Prästtjärnen

Prästtjärnen is put and take in Partille municipality, a forest lake near town at Furulund. Sportfiskarna stocks rainbow trout yearly according to the Gula Kortet guide. Gula Kortet applies, not Blå Kortet. We do not sell the permits. Paths go around the lake, a few kilometres from Göteborg.

Species

Stocked salmonids are what you fish for here: rainbow trout and brown trout, plus perch. This page is Prästtjärnen in Partille, not other Prästtjärn and not Delsjöarna’s Långevatten.

About twelve hectares according to the guide. Paths around the lake. Typical of stocked rainbow trout in a forest lake near settlement: they can sit along the edges after a planting.

Young people under 16 fish free in Gula Kortet waters according to the seller. The guide mentions the lake as easy to reach for fishing with children.

Lures and flies

For stocked rainbow trout, small spinners, spoons and simple nymphs in olive, black and orange often work. The tips are general for the species and therefore not specific to Prästtjärnen.

Change colour and depth if it is dead for a while. Fish a spot before you change.

When they bite

Stocking is decided by Sportfiskarna. Morning and evening are often nicer than high sun. Check it is open the same day you go — an empty report online says nothing about today.

Getting there

The map pin sits on Prästtjärnen at Furulund in Partille municipality. Walking paths to and around the lake. Not Bergsjön and not Norra Långevattnet.

Park where it is marked. Take your rubbish home. The map is a pin, not a parking map.
