Grubbtjärn

Grubbtjärn is Rajastrands FVOF’s put-and-take tarn in Dorotea municipality. Rainbow trout is stocked. The tarn has its own P&T permit, separate from the day permit for the natural waters. Not the same lake as Grubbsjön in the same area.

Species

Stocked salmonids are what you fish here. iFiske sells a special day permit Put And Take Grubbtjärn. This page is Grubbtjärn, not Djuptjärn and not Västertjärn.

Rainbow trout in a forest tarn can take close to the bank. After stocking they can sit tight. Walk the last stretch quietly.

Fly fishing, spin fishing and bait fishing

The product does not state a method ban. Count on fly fishing, spin fishing and bait fishing until the seller says otherwise. One rod unless the notice says otherwise.

The permit is sold via iFiske Rajastrands FVOF. Buy the P&T permit, not only the natural-water permit.

Lures and flies

Small spoons and spinners in silver, white or orange are a common start. On fly: a nymph. The tips are general for rainbow trout in a tarn.

Morning and evening are often best. Stocking is decided by the FVOF. Check season with the permit seller.
