Svarttjärn

Svarttjärn is Kilsbergen Sportfiske’s fly-fishing tarn at Villingsberg, Lekeberg municipality. Rainbow trout is stocked here. Only fly fishing is allowed. Not the family lakes next door and not other Svarttjärn in Sweden. We do not sell the permits — buy via the permit seller.

Species

Rainbow trout is the main species. Kedjeåsens Fisk calls the waters put and take. This page is Svarttjärn at Orrtjärn in Villingsberg, not Svarttjärnen at Svinsjön.

Rainbow trout in a small tarn can take along the edges and from a jetty. After a stocking they can sit tight. Typical of this kind of water.

Fly fishing, spin fishing and bait fishing

Fly only. Spin fishing and bait fishing belong to the family lakes. Jetties and wind shelters are mentioned. Winter fishing is not allowed in the fly lakes.

The permit is sold digitally. Buy it before you fish.

Lures and flies

Nymph, pupa and a simple streamer are a common start. The tips are general for fly fishing after rainbow trout in a lake.

Leave the spinning rod in the car.

When they bite

Morning and evening are often best. Stocking is decided by Kilsbergen. No ice here.

Getting there

The map pin is Svarttjärn east of Orrtjärn, Villingsberg, Lekeberg municipality. Park where it is marked. Fires only at prepared sites unless there is a fire ban.

Take your rubbish home. The map is a pin, not a parking map.
