Species in put and take
Salmonids stocked in Swedish put-and-take waters: rainbow trout, brown trout and Arctic char. Pike and perch are not the main subject here, even if they swim in the same lake.
In put and take the species is part of the product. The club stocks the fish, you buy the card, you fish that species under the rules that apply there. We only list species we have evidence for on that water — not “there is surely more”.
Rainbow trout is the usual pond species across the country. Brown trout is stocked in lakes and streams. Arctic char more often belongs in cold water. Short comparison: rainbow or brown trout.
