About the site

Put and Take Sverige is the map for anyone who wants a water with stocked salmonids — put and take — without clicking around club pages, maps and ticket sellers.

Mapped waters

We have mapped more than 400 put-and-take waters. Every published water has coordinates, a page and a link to where you buy the permit. Uncertain candidates do not get a pin.

How it started

Johannes Wikner started the site in August 2026. He was tired of hunting for a good put-and-take water before a trip: which water is open, what is stocked, where you buy the card. The idea was simple. A map of Sweden, filters for what you look for, and a page per water with a link to the seller.

On the map you can filter by species, method (fly, spin and bait), province and family-friendly waters. Every published water has its own page. Buy permit goes to the club or ticket seller — we sell no cards.

Who makes the site
