Fishing permits for put and take

Put and Take Sverige does not sell fishing permits. The Buy permit button on the map and on each page goes to whoever takes payment — often iFiske, the club’s own site, Swish or a machine at the car park.

Without that card you are not fishing legally in these waters. The right of public access is not enough. The seller’s page is usually in Swedish.

What the card actually is

A permit for a named water (sometimes several at the same camp) for a time: a few hours, a day, a week or a season. It is not a national card for “all put and take in Sweden”. It is not a general sport-fishing card for another fishery.

Before you go

• Buy or book as the seller says — not after arrival if they require purchase first.
• Read tackle, hours, quota and whether fish may be taken home.
• Bring the receipt, Swish confirmation or digital card. Checks happen.
• Check if children, an extra rod or a boat are included. That is on the seller’s page.
