Holmsjögöl is put and take in Norrköping municipality, on the Rist area north of Svärtinge. Östergötlands sportfiskeguidning stocks rainbow trout and brown trout. Only fly fishing. Not Holmsjön next door. We do not sell the permits — buy via the permit seller.

Nymph, pupa and a simple streamer are a common start. The tips are general for fly fishing for rainbow trout in a pool.

When they bite

Stocking is decided by the manager. Morning and evening are often nicer than high sun. Check an open permit with the seller before you go.

Getting there

The Rist area north of Svärtinge. The same directions as Holmsjön at the site. Park where it is marked. Fires only on prepared sites unless there is a fire ban.

Take your rubbish home. The map is a pin, not a parking map.
