Vielången is one of Harasjömåla Fiskecamp’s put-and-take lakes in Olofström municipality. Rainbow trout is stocked here, often together with brown trout. Fly fishing, spin fishing and bait fishing are allowed. An ordinary P&T permit covers eleven named lakes. The permit is bought at reception or via the Swish notice board.
Species
Rainbow trout is the main species. The camp calls the light-blue lakes put and take. This page is Vielången, not the wild waters Tuesjön and Raslången and not the hire lakes.
Rainbow trout in a forest tarn can take from a jetty and from the bank. After a stocking they can sit tight.
Fly fishing, spin fishing and bait fishing
Fly, spin and bait fishing. One rod. Your own boat is not allowed; boats are hired on some lakes. Groundbaiting is banned. Fishing hours follow the camp.
The permit is bought at reception. When it is closed: the Swish board at the cleaning shed for ordinary P&T lakes. Special lakes must be booked in advance.
Lures and flies
Small spoons and spinners in silver, white or orange are a common start where spinning is allowed. On fly: nymph and streamer. The tips are general for rainbow trout in a tarn.
Fish a spot properly.
When they bite
Morning and evening are often best. Stocking is decided by Harasjömåla. Check season and ice with the permit seller.

Rules
Always check the current rules with the permit seller. The permit is personal. Quota and season belong to the camp and they change.
Give space if someone is already on the jetty or boardwalk. Take your rubbish home.
Stocking and opening hours can change. Check current times and rules with the permit seller before you go.
Park so rescue and other guests can get through. Follow signs at the water, not only the map pin.
The fishing permit applies to this water, not the whole area. If the lake is closed for stocking, it shows on the seller’s page.
